'Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...

'Our flight arrived very late so we did not get to the hotel until after midnight. The shuttle driver was there to pick us up within 5 minutes and was very friendly. We were checked in quickly and got the rest we needed. Breakfast was very good. Great property to stay at so close to the airport and the shuttle service is very good. '

'The hotel was very not clean at all. The walls in the hallways and carpets all had stains. When I entered the room there was a bad odor, big holes from chipped paint in the bathroom, the toilet still had a ring on the inside, and the shower had dried on shampoo still from previous guests. There were black spots on the bed and I didn’t even dare to see what the spots were. The office chair in the room '

'The inside and outside of the motel looked like you stayed in a very luxe resort, but for a reasonable price. We asked for a smokers room, but we wondered if it really was a smokers room because it smelled very fresh. Very comfy beds and clean, nice blankets. It was great. The only thing that could be upgraded are the towels. They are really tiny. We would stay here again. '

'The front dest staff was nice and accommodating. The room was overall clean but it had an infestation of sugar ants. I know it’s the time of year for them but they were everywhere! We only stayed one night. I only found a few the night before so I didn’t complain. The next morning they were on every surface, the wall, shower, etc. We left early. '

'Easy off Easy on I-395. Hotel rooms seem to be recently updated. Building looks old on the outside but don't let that fool you. Good little motel to crash for one night if your in the area for a Thompson Speedway event '

'We stayed here a couple of times previously. The property and rooms are very clean. Unfortunately, this stay provided very little sleep. Between 1 am and 4 am there was such a loud party above us that it disturbed the peace. It was obnoxious. We did report it and hoped it would be heard and managed. Unfortunately, that was not the case. '
