'Me, my husband and our two kids got into our room and when I was putting our things away I found women’s used panties on the floor. I told the front desk and was moved to a new room without a discount or upgrade. The new room had stains all over the blankets and brown hair on the beds. I LOVE the fireside inn in Belfast Maine so I figured the Portland fireside would be similar and I was absolutely disgusted and shocked. $180 for nasty rooms.'

'My stay there was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I was surprised that there was no elevator, as I had difficulty carrying my bags upstairs. Since food was available only at the main building, it would be convenient if your facility also offered sandwiches and soups.'

'It semelle bad everywhere, the balcony is very dirty, the patio porte glace is very dirty, the air-conditioning is very noisy and postion next to the bed then is not healthy, I didn't have a good stay.'

'Got put into an uncleaned room. Complained and the woman behind the frontdesk didn’t want to do anything about it. Acted like there was no other room in the hotel I could sleep in. Unfriendly and uninterested during both check-in and my complain. '
