'富士急ハイランド駅からの道が車と近くて少し危険がその点以外は完璧。 料理も美味しいし、大浴場、お部屋、アメニティ等も大満足。 ここにして良かった。ぜひまた来たい。'

'Quite a spacious room. Staff speak little English, but are friendly and helpful nonetheless. They have a restaurant which serves pretty good food, and which has a non-smoking section (although that is not entirely closed off...)'

'Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit mais celle-ci était très agréable. Je tiens à signaler la gentillesse des hôtes qui nous ont plusieurs proposé gratuitement de nous amené sur les lieux que nous souhaitions visité car il pleuvait ce jour là. Bien que la barrière de la langue était un peu présente, cela nous a pas empêché d'échanger un peu. Je tiens à signaler que le lieu en lui même est assez ancien. Cela peu sûrement gêner certaines personnes qui s'attendent à la prestation d'un hôtel standard...

'房間大, 但供泊車的車位只有十個左右. 要上一條小斜坡才能到酒店. 酒店旁邊是纜車站. 遇上河口湖煙火祭, 房間可直接看到煙花, 太美了. 但酒店附近沒什麼用餐地方.'

'It is a good hotel to stay, the attention they give you is very good, it is close to many places, the rooms are very comfortable and clean, and it is very accessible if you want to walk or take transportation'

'It was amazing. They provided night ware, toothbrushes, towels. Everything was clean. My only miner complaint that I can live with is that the men’s lockers and the rooms itself stinks of sweat. Would 100% go again.'
