'It was a beautiful piece of paradise. So private and great neighborhood. 4 teenagers never got bored between game room, kayaks, bikes, swimming and fishing. A perfect place. Plenty of room.'

'Eventide was perfect for our family of 19! Everything was great and Charles was so attentive to the questions I had. Our 11 grandchilren loved the pool, the lagoon and the Gulf. We had several breathtaking sunsets, visible from the deck, and an amazing thunderstorm one evening! The only downside was the heat. No one can help that. 'House was nice. Kitchen equipped. Beds comfortable. Could have used a little more water pressure in shower but no big deal. Only negative was large groups of people coming from across the street walking directly in the back yard of house and parking their entire families directly in front of the chairs we had rented. The whole beach was open and they literally sat directly in front of us. They rented bay side houses but wanted beach front access I suppose. '

'Momma get away! Perfect for the 7 of us aging from 30 to 67. Quick and easy walk to the private beach. The home was clean roomy and tucked away in the cutest neighborhood. '

'This house had everything we needed for our large group including plenty of room! The teenagers loved having their own space on the 3rd floor and our grown kids with small children appreciated the 2nd floor with a bunk room for littles to share. The splash pool was an added bonus also! All of the kids actually spent a lot of time in it. The location was a little far down but we didn’t mind it. It was quieter and we had lots of space on the beach with very few people around us. We also cooked...

'My family and I love the Fort Morgan area. This house and location were perfect. The house is decorated beautifully and is well stocked with anything you may need. The weather wasn't great while we were there so we spent a lot of time indoors reading and playing games. The house was so comfy and "beachy" that we didn't feel cheated by the weather and took the opportunity to just relax. I was concerned about the walk to the beach, but it was not an issue whatsoever. "Het hotel is netjes en de kamers zijn schoon met comfortabele bedden. Het was druk toen we er waren, dus ook druk bij het ontbijt maar dit was wel goed geregeld. De parkeerplekken waren allemaal in gebruik en als het hotel vol is dan vraag ik me af of er wel voldoende parkeerplekken aanwezig zijn. Het hotel is prima maar ze mogen wel nadenken waar ze de leerlingen van scholen plaatsen. Wij hebben hierdoor overlast ervaren. Achter elkaar geren op de gang, muziek, geschreeuw en de hele tijd als ze aanwezig waren smijten met de deuren. Toen we er wat van gezegd hadden werd het nog erger en vonden de 2 jongens van de overliggende kamer het nodig om keihard tegen onze deur te slaan of te schoppen. Wellicht had het hotel maatregelen kunnen nemen want we zullen vast niet de enige op de gang geweest zijn die hier last van hadden en dat is toch wel jammer omdat het hotel op zich keurig netjes is, vlakbij het strand en een prima zwembad heeft."
