'Een heerlijk hotel,prima en zeer schone kamer.ontbijt was goed het hotel is voor iedereen dus ook veel kinderen..hou er rekening mee dat als je rust wilt dit dan niet het perfecte hotel is.er is altijd wel iets van geluid van bezoekers.dit vond ik niet storend. Het hotel is heel gezellig en heeft diverse zitjes. Ik kom graag terug'

'This is a great place. Whether relaxing, shopping or celebrating this place has it all! Walking distance to area attractions and if you don’t enjoy walking there is a trolley that will take you all over the area! 'The property is in a perfect location. You can walk to anywhere you want to go in Gatlinburg. We have been coming to this hotel for many years. The staff is always helpful and friendly but we did notice this year that the rooms are getting a little tired and could use a refresh. They are clean but some of the furniture (chair in the king room) are stained and the beds are not as comfortable as they have been in the past. The rooms are very quiet which is nice. 'The environment was clean but in disrepair. From holes in the walls to bare wires showing. Was given only 2 hand towels no bath towels, wash clothes or floor mat. Went to call the front desk and the phone was not attached to the jack and couldn’t be attached as there was no cord to attach to a jack. So then contacted the front desk in the front desk told us that we would need to walk down our soiled towels to get new ones. Made the front desk where we only had two hand towels and was still told...

'The standard room I got was on the small side, but very clean. Yes, limited space, but I was there to sleep not hang out. The lady who checked me in was very nice, but my son had a different person entirely and she was not so great. Everyone and everything else was very pleasant. I would stay there again.'
