'The only reason I gave communication a 4 star is because we had a tiny bit of trouble getting ahold of someone when our code didn’t work to enter their property. Once we got ahold of them, the maintenance man arrived very quickly and got the problem resolved. He even went above and beyond by helping to get the plug in solution resolved so we could watch the UFC fights on our fire stick. We were in town for a soccer tournament that was being held at the Rocky Top Sporting Complex and so this...

'This cabin is a gem! It was spotless and everything was perfect. Excellent spot for multiple couples or families who enjoy privacy. Check in was the easiest ever in my history of hotels and cabins and the management always responded quickly. Would give 6 stars if I could. Excellent, and we will be back. '

'Would absolutely stay here again! The location is perfect for vacation. The property is currently being renovated but we still enjoyed it the entire time. The pool area was always a great way to end our day, breakfast was protein packed, and the staff was super super friendly. '

'Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. This new hotel is absolutely stunning inside, with modern and beautiful finishes. The rooms are quiet and spacious, beds are comfortable, and each staff person we encountered was friendly and eager to help in any way. The rooftop bar and restaurant was reasonable and had a lovely ambience. We will definitely return to Hotel Indigo! '

'The room we had was very spacious. We did experience some after hours noise from the room above us that caused us to not get enough sleep a couple nights. The hotel was nice enough. I wish a breakfast option was offered. Conveniently located off of the parkway. Great location'
