'I rarely leave negative reviews, but our stay at this hotel was unacceptable. We booked through Expedia for the Fourth of July weekend and expected a clean, comfortable room. Instead, we walked into a room that clearly had not been cleaned properly. There were dead bugs on the shower ceiling, crumbs and trash on the floor, including someone else's receipt, what appeared to be blood on the bed sheets, a leaking shower, and what appeared to be fecal matter near the toilet. These are not minor...

'I’ve stayed at this hotel since early 2000s and it never ceases to amaze me. Staff is always super friendly, facility is always clean (floors stay SQUEAKY clean!), breakfast is always a hit, pools & hot tub are nice! You can’t beat this place for the price or what it offers. They’ll always have my vote as a regular AND travel advisor.'
