Vind je ideale hotel in Gatlinburg - Pigeon Forge

'Een heerlijk hotel,prima en zeer schone kamer.ontbijt was goed het hotel is voor iedereen dus ook veel kinderen..hou er rekening mee dat als je rust wilt dit dan niet het perfecte hotel is.er is altijd wel iets van geluid van bezoekers.dit vond ik niet storend. Het hotel is heel gezellig en heeft diverse zitjes. Ik kom graag terug'

Room lighting: Our room was dark even with the 4 lamps in the bedding area. Maybe brighter bulbs? AC worked great. We would stay here again.'

'This is a great place. Whether relaxing, shopping or celebrating this place has it all! Walking distance to area attractions and if you don’t enjoy walking there is a trolley that will take you all over the area! The rooms are nice sized and some have balconies which is nice for unwinding in the evening. There is also a rooftop bar with a pool that overlooks the area. The actual “check in “ area where you do valet or unload is a little difficult to get to and the streets outside are one way...

'The property is in a perfect location. You can walk to anywhere you want to go in Gatlinburg. We have been coming to this hotel for many years. The staff is always helpful and friendly but we did notice this year that the rooms are getting a little tired and could use a refresh. They are clean but some of the furniture (chair in the king room) are stained and the beds are not as comfortable as they have been in the past. The rooms are very quiet which is nice. 'The hotel lobby, breakfast area, and hallways were clean. Although front desk staff was very helpful, our rooms were not well cleaned. Trash found next to bed at check in, sheets had plenty of stains and housekeeping only came in to empty trash and replace towels. Parking was plentiful and the amenities were great. We were a large group and everyone was able to find something to eat from the breakfast options.'

'The standard room I got was on the small side, but very clean. Yes, limited space, but I was there to sleep not hang out. The lady who checked me in was very nice, but my son had a different person entirely and she was not so great. Everyone and everything else was very pleasant. I would stay there again.'
