'Een heerlijk hotel,prima en zeer schone kamer.ontbijt was goed het hotel is voor iedereen dus ook veel kinderen..hou er rekening mee dat als je rust wilt dit dan niet het perfecte hotel is.er is altijd wel iets van geluid van bezoekers.dit vond ik niet storend.
Het hotel is heel gezellig en heeft diverse zitjes.

'Nice hotel with close proximity to restaurants and activities… could walk to the Island (very nice area with lots to do). Free gated parking and awesome breakfast buffet. Cost decent compared to other hotels in the area. Only cons to this hotel is The Island can get a bit loud on a Friday night and the rooms were a bit dated (only a bit). Good bed and air condition. I would stay here again, experience was a good one! '

'No breakfast menu. Hanging towels next to toilet, garbage piled up even though we didn't have a Do Not Disturb. Only took garbage one day. Black bugs on sink and in bed, they say leave dirty towels on the floor left my dirty washcloths on the shower floor. Never picked up. Very disappointed the amount of money we spent the rooms are beautiful. But the cleaning staff nowhere to be seen. One morning we were leaving she asked us if we needed anything I asked for extra creamer she didn't even do...

'The property is really nice, clean and has great amenities. Great location and I recommend it for sure.
Just some minor stuff that needs upgrading…the tv is satellite(not a smart tv) which is pretty awful for an upscale resort as such and the pillows are some of the worst ones Ive slept on. They’re quick to say no smoking but other guests smoked right on the property. The older lady with glasses at the check in desk was rude and seemed impatient. 'The kickback and free breakfast is best part of stay. Kickback is 5-7pm and you get 3 free alcohol drinks and some hot snacks per person. That’s where the luxury ends. Rooms are super small and basic, same with bathrooms water pressure is terrible. Location of hotel is nice only a 10min river walk to the island which is a huge attraction in pigeon forge. Pool and hot tub definitely need updated. The bar and kitchen returns inside the hotel is nice but way over priced for the quality.'

'Be prepared for check-in to take awhile if you book through expedia. Front desk is not trained to handle that.
Our room was ready early, 1 of the few good things.
We went to the water park area only to discover that at least half the water areas were closed. We went to the small rooftop pool which was extremely crowded since almost everything else was closed.
Several slides were open but that was it. It is ridiculous to pay for a water park stay & they be inoperational.
