The cottage has everything you need, fully stocked and is fairly clean. We went here mid July for 2 days and the weather was warm and sunny. 'My large family had a great time at this property. Over the 5 nights that we stayed we especially loved the beach access. The cottage was clean and well maintained. The host was always very responsive. The hot tub was a hit with everyone. The property had a lot of amenities not normally found on a property of this size. A real find in cottage country. 'Great time on the water! We returned to Three Ducks cottage for another summer getaway. We arrived to find a spotless cottage and welcome bottles (wine/champagne). Our favourite things ... space and the shallow sandy water entry! Lots of space inside and out. Living/Dining area allowed lots of room for family bbqs. Large table is great for game nights.
