'DO NOT BOOK THIS!! No one at desk when I arrived I had to find another hotel when I arrived at 9:30pm at night'

'The price was reasonable The property was very clean the staff was very friendly and professional'

'Nope'

'The room was clean and comfortable with somewhat a smell and lacking in amenities. The kitchen fan and light did not work, and no utensils, glasses, pots, etc. The kitchen was completely empty except for two disposable cups- not even a coffee machine. The front desk tried to charge extra for room cleaning.'

'Scam. Avoid. Their credit card machine was broken so I couldn't stay in the room I paid for because I couldn't pay their deposit and all their hidden fees. A cleaning feed, a utilities feed. Avoid like the plague. I stood there for over an hour waiting for them to fix it, instead of them waiving the deposit and letting me get some sleep. I had to get another hotel'

'Das war ein langer Aufenthalt für mich. Ich arbeite in Maryland und wohne in North Carolina. Elizabeth ist einfach die Beste! Fernanda und Lovetee sorgen für gute Stimmung. Ohne das Personal wäre es eine ganz andere Erfahrung gewesen. Dank des Personals war der Aufenthalt erträglich. Vielen Dank dafür!'

'Great service'

'Good place to be'

'Beautiful surroundings and comfortable living space. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!'

'Place was perfect and tbe location great. East in and out town..or to get to down town'

'Nice location that would have been tranquil were it not for the two (or more) yapping dogs on-site.'

'This is a spacious, beautiful house that was perfect for our 9-person extended-family group. Big rooms gave us several options for gathering as a group, the bedrooms were comfortable, and there were plenty of bathrooms for a group our size. There’s an apartment in the basement that gave the two of us who stayed down there lots of privacy and quiet when we wanted. Everything was very clean and the kitchen is well supplied for cooking.A mini-pool/table tennis/foosball table kept our younger...

'I was impressed with the communication from Juan. He was extremely helpful and easy to work with. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. I loved the bed, firm and comfortable, as well as the pillows. He told us about a walking path around the outside of the neighborhood. We got up early and walked it! Loved it. We drive an electric vehicle and happy to know that there are chargers in the lot near the apartment. It was a very good experience for us…'

'Honestly, I don't know if the people mnanaging this or the people at the front desk have ever been in this apartment building. We were told our FOBs were programmed for parking and that we should go down to the front desk and have them reprgrammed. The FOBs don't work for parking. You need another clicker. The water did not get hot enough. To make it worse, the entrie time we were there (18 days), there was no water pressure. We were told it was a problem in the whole building. When I checked...

'Liked the no contact part of the stay. Instructions for the property were clear. Public transportation is close and convenient. Not too far from downtown DC. Studio decorated nicely. Amenities were nice. You can hear talking and walking from upstairs, but not too disruptive. Overall wonderful stay.'
