'Yes and yes. We had an incident w a guest next door and security and front desk handled it professional. We were moved to another room. Great amenities and the suite was well equipped, although since it is part of a time share, the apartment was clean but dated. Good value in the winter in the offseason, but the town looked beautiful with the holiday decor There’re lots of shops and eateries around. Stayed here for one night in December . '
