'The room was supposed to be a non smoking room and it smelled like smoke'

'Great location'

'En general buena estancia.'

'Wasn’t aware that the household staff only worked every other day. After a long day at Abrazo Heart Hospital for out patient surgery, we came back to an unmade room, no clean towels and trash cans full of. Called front desk and the desk clerk was kind enough to bring up a clean set of towels and emptied the trash cans. It is hard to believe that there is only one ice machine in the whole building. I know for sure there aren’t any on the 2nd or 3rd floors. Breakfast was a joke. They mean it when...

'Close to entertaiment, shopping, restaurants and bars, evrything in walking distance , but far enough to be quit.'

'Great place to stay!'

'Decent staff good location'

'There was a few spider webs on the stairwell that could have been wiped off a little better. I did not communicate when making the reservation that I was handicapped so being put on the third floor was a little bit of a bummer but we made it work. And for last minute reservations it was just phenomenal and awesome very quiet other people were so respectful. The pool was clean the Shady place to have food downstairs patio area was nice and clean and just lovely!'
