'The waitstaff and service was excellent. The breakfast was a typical hot breakfast, and the rooms were great. The only complaint we had about the hotel is: The walls/ceilings/floors are rather thin, so unfortunately you can hear a lot from your surroundings. Note: This was not a deal breaker for us, so I still give the hotel an overall 5 star rating for price, location, amenities, service, etc…'

'Stayed here for my sons AF BTS graduation. Was clean and comfortable. Felt safe. 13 min drive to base without traffic and 20 min from Riverwalk. Close to shopping and resturants. Breakfast was good but was available from 6 to 10 and we were not able to use it because of 5am arrival at the base. Main Event activity center was walking distance.'

'This place is a nightmare. The advertisement was misleading, and the location was terrible. As soon as we entered the parking lot, we saw a naked woman walking . The pictures on the app were nothing like the reality. The pool was filthy, full of mold, and there was no water at all. It was like a pigsty. We decided to leave and go to another hotel, but as we were exiting the parking lot, we saw homeless people fighting. This place is not safe for anyone. And to top it off, the hotel had the...

'Was great '

'The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. '

'The room was felty dirty with a pile of food leftovers on a side table, the mattresses had no sheets or bedding and it had a horrible odor, we didn’t stay, the clerk apologized and said that he wrote a note to you, so I can have a full refund '
