'Golden Tree has been my go-to place in District 7 for many yesrs. Good location, much more peaceful than anything in the more central parts of HCMC, functionsl rooms. This time I stayed in one of the basement apartments. They are a bit bigger than the regular rooms, but the lack of direct daylight is a minus. Had to go get an umbrella a couple of times when I realized that it was raining. In a regular room I would have known right from scratch.'

"My second stay at the Reverie was much better than my first experience. My panorama room was overbooked, so they offered a free upgrade to a suite. The suite was amazing. Location of this hotel is perfect, right in front of everything and the beds are really really comfortable. "
"Hotel is gevestigd in een statig gebouw met heel veel koloniale elementen. Je moet wel van houden. Het hotel kan echter wel een flinke opfrisbeurt gebruiken. Als gast kom je gelukkig niks te kort. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt is uitgebreid met veel Aziatische gerechten. Het hotel ligt op een levendige boulevard waar 'savonds mensen op straat gaan vermaken. Het hotel heeft ook een ideale ligging ten opzichte van de toeristische plekken. De meesten liggen op loop afstand, een vervoer is niet echt nodig."
