'The room was clean, and the breakfast was good. Coffee was available in the lobby at all times, but a coffee maker for the room could be requested. We had a microwave in the room, which was nice. But there was one major thing that bugged us. We reserved a room at this hotel because of the breakfast AND the advertised pool. When we take our son to a hotel, he loves to swim in a pool. 'The room was maintained fine but the whole building seemed run down. The lobby and halls smelled musty and like they’d been smoked in. However, the room blocked the smell out fairly well. The staff was very friendly but the property just needs some updating.'

'My stay was not up to par. When check ing in we were told our room was not ready. This was at 5:30 p.m. All the staff said was sorry, nothing was done to rectify the problem. As this was my 70th birthday celebration we needed to change in the 1st floor bathroom, since we were trying to get to dinner and a concert at the Hard Rock Casino. '

'This is a really nice hotel, quiet and clean. I especially like that it has trees around it. The lighting in the rooms is also really nice.'

'The TV in our room did not work and, as we had things to do we weren't gonna wait around to fix it with the help of a third party. So when we awoke the next morning and went to check out, I ask for some type of discount for having no working TV and they claimed an employee had marked the issue as solved and she claimed I'd have to get my refund from Expedia, which is who I made the booking room. I just accepted it but they should have been able to give me a discount, they're in the hospitality...

'The room was dirty there was on the other side of the one bed against the wall was a bunch of food and stuff it wasn't vacuumed up dust balls hanging from the ceiling bugs in the bathroom and dirt on the bathroom floor it could have been a lot cleaner for the money'
