'The property was great and a very convenient location to the beach, shops, and pier. They have everything you could possibly need except food and clothing! Very clean, TVs and ACs in every room. The only challenge as others mentioned is parking. It is a tight fit and if your tires are on the sidewalk you can be ticketed. On our second to last day we were approached by the parking patrol and told this. He was super nice and said he wouldn't ticket us but another may. I said we were leaving the...

'My stay at the cottage was exactly what I needed, it’s an updated beachy vibe and excellent use of every space including some rainy day puzzles and books! The small fenced in yard was perfect for the furry family members, and you cant beat the location, such a close walk to the beach, and just far enough away from the busy OOB hustle! Would definitely stay again! '

'Our stay was perfect. The house allowed for us to sleep 17 people comfortably, eat together, cook in teams for a progressive dinner and spread out all at the same time. Jason was quick to answer questions, and he provided excellent suggestions for places to eat and shop. We could not be more pleased with our stay. Thank you, Jason!!'

'The listing said "Studio Apartment," but it is really just a bedroom with a bath. A mini-fridge, coffeemaker and microwave oven do not make this a "Studio" in the sense that I understand that word (i.e., a one-room apartment with kitchen and bath). When I went back and looked at the photos in the listing, that should have been obvious to me, but I got hung up on the word "Studio."That said, it was a comfortable room, although the bathroom was stingy on towels (no face cloths, only one hand...

'My 3 yr old locked my 1 1/2 year old granddaughter in the bathroom. I called the host, he immediately sent someone up & she was able to get the door unlocked, thank goodness! Very pleased with the response time, thank you!'

'We had such a great stay at this East End apartment. It was perfect for the two of us, super clean, comfortable, and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. We love to walk, so the location was ideal. It took us about 10 to 15 minutes to walk into Old Port, and there’s also a trail right next to the property that we used often.Dan was incredibly kind and easy to talk to. "We haven't seen any staff at al! We checked in at 3.30 , not late, but the key was in the mailbox, our room was in another building, no heating ( it was freazing last night) and no extra blancket. Breakfast was not what we expected and again no one was there! We made the decision to go to a Bed and Breakfast because it is so much more personal then a hotel but that is difficult when no one is there or shows up!"
