'I was looking for a comfortable place to stay with my son and his friends who were playing in a nearby volleyball tournament. The house was just as described and had everything we needed for cooking in, relaxing outside, and grilling. I was very pleasantly surprised with the neighborhood in Phoenixville. Bridge Street, a short walk from the house, is open to pedestrians only on weekend evenings and had lots of nice shops, restaurants, and live music. There are plenty of cafes all around the...

'We enjoyed this location for a Thanksgiving trip to see Philadelphia and local family. Check in and out was smooth. Recently rehabbed property, was very clean with quiet neoghbors. We had an issue with a doorknob and the owner came to fix it within hours of reporting it. The only difficulty was finding street parking later in the evening, but it was easy to find during the day. We rode the bus a couple times and walked every day, which helped us find local coffee & pie shop, murals, cheesesteak...

'We were very pleased with Serenity Inn! The place was pristine and very cozy! Everything you could need was supplied and our kids really enjoyed playing in the yard watching the nearby animals and fire flies at night! The hosts were very helpful and quick to respond. We will definitely stay here again when we visit PA! '

'The house was clean and perfect. We attended the Sights and Sound Theater, was an easy drive. Walked around town to the many shops. The hosts were quick to answer any questions we had. They even had a backyard, if you like to sit outside. Highly recommend!'

'This was a great location. The property was wonderful and close to everything. We were there for a basketball tournament at Spooky Nook , but made some other awesome discoveries like the Grocery Bargain Outlet, Primanti Brothers, etc., Would highly recommend!'

'This place is awesome! Plenty of room for everyone. This is in the heart of Lancaster Amish country and the click dry clack of horse carriages can be heard from the spacious porch. There is a full game room in the basement and we used this as a separate bedroom with a cot that was provided. Ken was a fantastic and very friendly host. He was willing to provide anything we needed. I wish we had more time to spend here. '

'A quiet getaway near the heart of University City, this home was a perfect jumping off point for exploring Philly and getting our son set up for a month-long program at Penn, just a short walk away. It was hot during our stay, but we slept cool inside and still very much enjoyed the gorgeous, shady garden. Our host Ivy was very helpful and responsive. We would love to return!'
