'We loved staying here! The cottage was comfortable, clean, and a little larger than we were expecting! The shower was a little small…but that wasn’t a deal breaker. Loved having coffee and reading on the deck. We got to observe a lobsterman checking his traps. We made several trips to Milbridge for groceries and a meal. The highlight was the Catch Your Own Lobster (most of us watched) Boat Trip…lots of seals…and a delicious lobster dinner at the dock. If we lived closer, we would do it all...

'We stayed as a family of 3 in the fantastic Maine cottage. We relaxed with the million dollar view of the ocean. It didn’t feel like real life being there. Everything was as expected. Quaint, slightly rustic, and homey. I cooked up breakfast each morning and then relaxed on the beach while looking for cool shells. My daughter became a fan of finding sea glass. Having grown up in Minnesota, we have similar cabins on our lakes and this felt like home to us but close to all the uniqueness that Down...

'This was authentic Maine - lovely cabin located in the trees. It was a nice getaway from the crowds. Beds were comfortable and everything was as described. Would definitely stay there again. 'We had a great time at this property. The house we clean, cozy and stocked with everything you could need! Beds were super comfy. Easy walk right down to the bay, and we saw and eagle and seals! Take a ride to Roque Bluffs and enjoy the quiet beach, and visit Jasper Beach to hear the rock music!'

'Quiet and Secluded. We had a great time sitting around the fire, great memories, very clean, The kids had a great time. The top bunk mattress was fine for my 8 year old but would have been a bit stiff for me. My older son slept on the futon he loved it. Plenty of towels, The water heater is a small one but we could each get nice hot showers if we waited a bit between. It would reheat quickly for the next shower. '

'It’s name says it all. A perfectly sized, literal “bed room” in the middle of the woods. The fire pit had wood all ready for me to use. If you were to come in the winter, the tiny home has a wood stove to use as well.'
