'Beautiful hotel with wonderful, attentive staff. The rooms were extremely comfortable with luxury bedding. My only concern was the breakfast offered. Premade sealed breakfast sandwiches you heat in the microwave and bagels that seemed like they were from a grocery store when the hotel could (should)source delicious pastries and bagels from the many fine local bakeries and bagel shops in their neighborhood, keeping with their upscale vibe. 'They have bed bugs!!!!! When first arriving everything seemed swell. They charged an additional $45 per day which was not mentioned on Expedia. They advertised a balcony room but never had any available. We did not get a balcony room. They claimed we have room service but I had to go pick up my food. They had a snack bar that was not free. They charged 10 for a small pack of gummy bears & cookies. They gave a $25 daily credit for the snack bar but they took my entire $300 deposit. I’ll be...

'In a world where you can buy anything you want, this hotel just makes me happy. It's old style feel like your back in time. The slow elevator doesn't matter because they just have a few floors and a few rooms. The team is always nice and even that breakfast is small, it's everything I need. I hope this hotel stays as it is.. please no new, glass hotel... just pure, simple and nice.'
