'Host: Very good. Mayur (primary host) was responsive to questions before we arrived and to our needs while we stayed at the house. House: Very, very nice. In my opinion, the pictures on Vrbo understate the view of Lake Hubbard from the house. The house is very new - we were the first renters after the hosts purchased it. The open floorplan on the main level was great for family games, meals, and just hanging out. Having 2 full and 2 half bathrooms worked out great for our 2 families. Location:...

'Gorgeous spacious home, we greatly appreciated our stay there. It turned out to be quite a ways from surrounding towns which I hadnt accounted for but didnt mind in the end. We had come for the nascar race and it was a ways feom the track but far from the hustle and bustle. The host was very considerate and welcoming, and was welcoming to any adjustments requested.'

'The house was more than we expected. There were 14 of us, and we all had comfortable places to sleep. It wasn't as clean as we would have liked, but it wasn't terrible, certainly nothing we couldn't deal with easily. (Coffee maker was filled with coffee, dirty towels in the washing machine... stuff like that.) Overall, I'd recommend it.'

'This house has some good space for gathering. It does need some attention. I paid a premium because it was for the eclipse viewing, and I don’t think it was clean as it should have been. The pictures did not match. There wasn’t any hairdryers, but the owner promptly brought us 2 new hairdryers. The kitchen lacked equipment- no pans for utilizing the oven, no flipper for burgers or pancakes, only 4 non plastic forks. The area was nice, needs more outdoor seating.'

'Nice and spacious accommodation. Secluded for a good gathering. Just to list a couple of shortcomings that can make this to be excellent are, 1. if one of the garage's is converted into a game room with pingpong table etc. as there is huge parking space. 2. Audio system can be improved.'
