'Beautiful hotel, very friendly reception at check-in. Good location, very central! beautiful room with large balcony! beautiful view of the city from the restaurant. What we did not like was that we found a lot of hair on the mattress and under the pillow, which I found very unhygienic and unpleasant. (it was dark hair and we are blonde ourselves so it was certainly not ours)'

'They use fake photos to advertise the rooms. We booked a “caldera view” room with a hot tub at You & Me Suites based entirely on the advertised photos showing a private, unobstructed 180° volcano/caldera view. What we received was completely different. From the hot tub itself, you can barely see anything at all. Even standing up, you only catch a small fraction of the view shown in the listing photos.
