'Amazing staff. From the people working the entrance gate, the late night security and everyone else. Amazing People made the stay worth it. You are a little far from a lot of the great locations to visit but if you just want to stay there it's perfect.'

They charge for everything, and the drinks are very overpriced compared to everywhere else we went. Free coffee in the lobby would be nice. 'The rooms are a bit out dated. The pillows are very uncomfortable. We stayed 5 night and 2 of the days we did not get our bath towels replaced. We also ran out of shampoo and body wash in the room. We called the front desk to get these items refilled but we never had a staff member bring them to us.'

Room was clean, AC works and they seem to have a backup generator in case of power outage which are frequent in PR. My wife and I loved it. We would definitely stain at Nest again.'

'When we arrived, there was almost no water anywhere in the city of San Juan due to a large breakage in the pipeline. Certainly not the hotel’s fault. They trucked in water when they could get it to fill their cistern and provided free 16 ounce water bottles whenever we asked for them free of charge.
