'This was the perfect resort. We had a group of 11 ranging in ages from 18-71. I loved the size, not too big making it easy for everyone to get around. The food was amazing at every restaurant. Beach is beautiful and you are able to swim in the ocean. The hotel is in walking or a short bus ride to malls, clubs, flea market, ferry and so much more. I’d highly recommend! '

There are a few good staff members (including the gentleman at the reception who helped us to rent a car while other staff simply refused to even give any suggestion, and Julia (I think is her name little bit different uniform she was very helpful as well, Marco helped us to change money as well, gentleman who replenishes the bar was really good and few people in main restaurant as well as all the team in Hakka) other...

'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. Verder prima hotel voor een paar daagjes om je vakantie af te sluiten.'

'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '

'The check in seemed nice, we got a wet towel and a drink which was really tasty, the check in itsself lasted way too long, im not exaggerating when im saying it took at least half an hour. The room and the pools were really nice. We did a round trip and of all the places we've been to the staff in this hotel was the least friendly. There are red cabs outside the hotel. 'Friendly staff. I was able to have a massage and go to the pool. As a solo traveler it made it easier to go shopping and to the pool without going outside the resort'
