'A wonderful time spent at the SMC resort. On this trip we didn't do the spa. It was a bit noisy than we're use to but we still had a relaxing time. We stayed as preferred club and not only was the service excellent in preferred but all over the resort. We cannot complain about the meals or our drinks and watching the entertainment outdoors under the moon and stars made it special. One drawback is they try to sell you timeshare but they did not pressure us when we declined. So thumbs up for SMC.'

'Beautiful hotel, even better than the photos, and super friendly staff. We have stayed here for 9 consecutive nights and just planned day trips all over Quintana Roo. From Cancun to Playa del Carmen and Tulum. We managed to stay away from most tourist traps and have took advice from locals, and so we ended up at lesser known but beautiful cenotes and even a fair/ rodeo. 'Staff is perfect, service is great! Properly amazing. Amenities - more restaurants would be better. Otherwise, is perfect for couples and quiet relaxing stay. '

'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. Verder prima hotel voor een paar daagjes om je vakantie af te sluiten.'

'Very large, spacious rooms with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Easily accessible from the airport, making it ideal for a stopover while traveling through Mexico. For longer stays, there are perhaps better options nearby with access to beach facilities.'

'Everything was as you would expect. The club… is it worth it? Just about, but we didn’t eat there for dinner - no atmosphere. Things to be improved: 1. Allowing people to leave their towels on a sun lounger who then disappear for 1/2 the day. 2. The parasailing company that operates next to the hotel on the beach - they drive their jet skis way too fast and way too close those in the water. '

'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '

'Our stay at Seadust was disappointing and not as relaxing as we had hoped. The resort was very noisy, with constant banging sounds that made it hard to rest and enjoy our time.
