'Muy bonita propiedad, el talento es muy servicial, no pudimos disfrutar de la hidroterapia ya que sigue en remodelación sin embargo vamos a regresar para conocer el Spa por que definitivamente fue una estancia increíble, fueron muy atentos y serviciales. '

'Breakfast was great, staff all throughout the property were so kind and accommodating. Bathroom could've been a little bit cleaner but overall a great stay. Was hoping to have access to dining at Marriott Cancun next door and was not able, that should be changed. As the two are next two each other. '

'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. Verder prima hotel voor een paar daagjes om je vakantie af te sluiten.'

'The check in seemed nice, we got a wet towel and a drink which was really tasty, the check in itsself lasted way too long, im not exaggerating when im saying it took at least half an hour. The room and the pools were really nice. We did a round trip and of all the places we've been to the staff in this hotel was the least friendly. There are red cabs outside the hotel. They charge like 3 times the normal price. Ordinary cabs aren't allowed to pick up people from/nearby hotel. If you try to catch...

'Nice hotel, at a nice location. Nice swimming pool with jaccuzi's. Easy access to the beach, shallow water. Activities. There is a Kids Club for children. Jeffrey from the front desk provided excellent service to us and Daira from the Kids Club was a very good babysitter.'

'Very large, spacious rooms with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Easily accessible from the airport, making it ideal for a stopover while traveling through Mexico. For longer stays, there are perhaps better options nearby with access to beach facilities.'

'Rooms where awesome with ocean view but there was a catch, the lights on the porch automaticly come on at dawn until around 11 pm which made the jet tub a little uncomfotable. The food was really bad. At the buffet some items remained all day round when it was supposed to be cycled three times a day. Portions at the resturant where very small, you needed to order two. Then when you ordered two the waiters would get frustrated. We left the resort three evenings for dinner at a cost. Excursion...

'Beautiful hotel, even better than the photos, and super friendly staff. We have stayed here for 9 consecutive nights and just planned day trips all over Quintana Roo. From Cancun to Playa del Carmen and Tulum. We managed to stay away from most tourist traps and have took advice from locals, and so we ended up at lesser known but beautiful cenotes and even a fair/ rodeo. 'Just a regular location, nothing too special about it. Beach is a 10min walk but the mall is literally next door. Cleanliness is bad, had to ask the hotel folks to come up and clean it again. The pool on the roof is amazing but expect loud music and alot of crowd on good days. Food at the Azulinda restaurant is fantastic!'

'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '
