'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. Verder prima hotel voor een paar daagjes om je vakantie af te sluiten.'

'Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The beach was definitely the highlight: beautiful water and natural sandbars that we absolutely loved. The hotel itself was in decent condition, though some areas could use a bit of a refresh. The overall vibe felt very family-oriented, which is great depending on what you’re looking for. 'They only have sheets in the bed and are not very clean sheets. One towel per person. No phone in yhe room. The only thing worth it, is the food and drinks, both were excellent. Micaela in reception was great. Also the personnel in yhe restaurants. Its definitely a 2 starts hotel. '

'Great location next to beach, nearby shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Easy check-in. Staff were great. The room was clean and had everything I needed. I will definitely comeback. This not a hotel. It is a residential so don't expect hotel services. '

'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '

'Just a regular location, nothing too special about it. Beach is a 10min walk but the mall is literally next door. Cleanliness is bad, had to ask the hotel folks to come up and clean it again. The pool on the roof is amazing but expect loud music and alot of crowd on good days. Food at the Azulinda restaurant is fantastic!'
