'Stayed for 12 days. Check in process was seamless. Shout out to Felix. The buffet was very similar every day, The theme nights at the buffet were good. Buffet servers were great. Shout out to Jess! Pool side service was great. Shout out Charlie and Francisco! Rooms are spacious, bed was hard. Rooms are cleaned every 2 days and there’s no towel art. Main pool only has one ladder to enter or exit the pool. '

'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice.
