'Great place to stay solo traveling. I was charged extra because my plane was delayed and didn’t make it before check-in deadline of 10pm. I wish there was some leniency if you are late half an hour due to circumstances that are beyond your control. '

'Beautiful hotel in a great and quite location of Kyoto. Upon arrival our forwarded luggage was waiting for us on our well appointed executive room, it was big enough for our family of three.Very comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, and the most gorgeous view to the mountains. Walking distance to Gion and so many temples. Service at the hotel is top notch. And the shuttle bus to/from the station is a great addition. Could not have stayed in a better place than this. We will certainly recommend...

'We stay at the river view suite for 4 nights. Indeed it's a very nice hotel with incredibly convenient location and very nice river view. Good beds and very nice breakfast. Staff are very friendly as well. '

'It was a great stay, location is a bit out of the way but in a very nice quieter area of the city, was very happy with our room aside from the fact the “windows” were beside a stack of machines so sounded like an airplane going off, they did offer to change rooms but we stayed as the room we had was very modern and bright. Breakfast included for one morning was average, overall recommend staying here and the hotel itself is so quiet. '
