'We had a fantastic stay here. The resort is absolutely perfect, great location and amenities, it’s almost too good to leave to go exploring (but you have to!). The room, balcony and view was spectacular. If you are thinking of going here, stop thinking, just book it, and definitely upgrade to the Gold experience, it’s worth it. We had a problem with our TV and they replaced the entire TV in about 15 minutes. The staff has a sense of pride when it comes to making sure everything works at Mauna Kea and that all of your needs are met!
