'Tolle, große Unterkunft. Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Hat alles was man braucht und mega gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft in Hilo. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 5-10 Minuten in Hilo Downtown und bei Supermärkten. Absolute Weiterempfehlung ! :)'

'We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. It was peaceful and a nice getaway but still close enough to Hilo. The view of the ocean every morning as the sun rises is so special. We loved meeting all the adorable chickens and ducks. The accommodation itself is simple but functional with all needed amenities. Host was awesome! '

'This house felt like coming home. The attention to detail is top notch. Appreciated the welcome basket. There's a separate parking space for you to use. House is on a side street, no issues with street noise. You will hear coqui (frogs sounding like birds) at night, which can get quite loud. Don't let that stop you from staying here though, because you won't be able to escape it anywhere in Hilo anyway and this house is really fabulous. Bonus: earplugs are provided for those that want them....

'On a whim we decided to fly to the Big Island and avoid the crowds and get a little hometown feel in Hilo. We missed the volcano eruption by just two days but that was the only disappointment for the trip. Our accommodations were perfect - exactly as described and photo’d. The welcome treat and coffee was a very nice touch. This was a perfect location to spend a day at Hawaii Volcano Ntl Park and another day driving around the island.
