'Justin was very helpful and informative before we arrived. He was also available and communicative at all times and addressed any questions that I had immediately. The home itself is clean, cute and super comfortable. He has also stocked the home with everything you may need during your stay. Great experience for my family and within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, rentals and grocery stores. We were all very happy there and will be booking again next year. '

The property was clean and is located in a safe area of LA which is wonderful. Close to all the tourist sites but set apart so you can relax comfortably. Definitely will return.'

'Great location with shops restaurants all within walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe with people walking around neighborhood with their families and children as late as 10pm in the evening. The interior of the home has everything you need to visit comfortably, with all the amenities of home that include; paper goods, towels and soaps in the bathrooms and dishes, cooking utensils you need to prepare food in the kitchen. If you are renting a vehicle to park at this location...

'This condo is truly a step above! We found the location to be perfect spot for the things we wanted to do and close to good restaurants, don’t miss La Nena, within walking distance! The condo itself is beautifully appointed with a thoughtful nod to Hollywood. The hospitality with complimentary champagne, wet bar and snacks was very much appreciated! The building also has a pool and a fitness center that we did not take advantage of, but I’m sure some other folks would love it. '
