'The stay was great and the room was just fine. Had everything i needed. Shopping and dining were walkable and there were plenty of options. I really liked the check in process. It seemed intrusive at first but it made everything super convenient when i arrived. The parking was the only down side but even that really wasnt to bad. I will definitely stay here again. Super affordable.'

'Landlord is super kind and friendly! Highly recommend this place if you come to visit Seattle! Only if you don’t drive a car, maybe you should walk a loooong steep road. Overall, it’s pretty good!'

'Room was clean and had basic necessities. Transport with walking distance. Within walking distance to a river and gas works park with a nice view for sunset. '

'It’s a house with private rooms and private bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again, Seattle is very expensive and this location with free street parking (easy to find, even right outside the place) was a great price deal. Thank you Vince for getting in touch and making sure everything was ok. Only thing I didn’t like was that the fridge in the room was too noisy. The place is very clean and located in a beautiful neighborhood walking distance to great bars and restaurants.'
