'Very disappointed in the unprofessionalism of the company that represents this property, Southern Bell Vacation Rentals. Several issues with the property. The ice machine in the fridge would not function properly, ice would not dispense. A nasty beer can was in the ice bin...see photo. Front entrance gate latch was broken....see phot. Missing blind slats, people from the street can see directly into the unit...see photo. The smell of human urine was very strong when we first arrived. the bed...

'Perfect location between Savannah and Tybee. We really enjoyed the decor and found that the space had everything we needed. It was very clean and the neighborhood was great. The hosts were very communicative. This VRBO was great for a weekend away!'

'This was a great way to experience Tybee. The place was charming very clean and worked well for our family of four. It had a wonderful location to experience the beach on the north side of the island, which was preferred as it had all the beauty without having to share it with many people. If you have young kids, it is steps away from an ice cream shop that offers golf cart rentals to explore the island. We would definitely come back. '

'Very rare you can rate a place 5 stars, but this place deserves it. We had a slight hiccup with the check in process but even at midnight the host showed up and got us in! This place is different than other rental properties. A beautifully and thoughtfully decorated renovated historic home with all the creature comforts you need. Visited Savannah with a friend and my 6 year old son. I appreciated the ability to park off the street and had it not been raining we would have been able to walk to...

'Perfect spot for family to stay together. Beautiful place close to lots of places in walking distance. Parking is little tight. I had a bit of trouble accessing my stay info when it came to check in but there is someone working on site who helped me with just a quick call!'

'A lovely apparment tastefully furnished and well equipped within the history district, and within easy walking distance of many of the things that we wanted to see and do. Our host was easy to contact and made our stay easy. Highly recommended.'
