'Staff was friendly and helpful! Had an amazing stay'

'Over prized hotel. 800 dollars for two nights is not cheap. You expect the basics to be in order. Because there's nothing really special about this hotel that would justify a high price. My bathroom sink and bath drain were clothed. Showering means standing enkel deep in water. Going by the lines on the bath this is a long time problem. Also there was water on the floor near the toilet. On top of that they forgot to clean my room. And to top it of the wifi is terrible. What didn't make it...

'The New York West restaurant was wonderful. We spent our $25 credit every day there. Jeopardy on Thursdays is Jeopardy night. Our gang of 10 loved it. The area around buffet and bar reeked of vomit daily. They mopped with a dirty mop. Ugh. Our only complaint. The hotel was beyond expectations. '
