'Stayed for 3 nights in July. There were 5 of us. All our needs were met. Easy walk to the beach for us. Very quiet little neighborhood. Overall, probably the best spot we have stayed at while at Hampton Beach ! '

'All and all not a bad little place. Great location close to everything. Parking is close at the central parking lot at Hampton Beach which cost me about 90 bucks for 2 days and 2 nights so you can add parking to the overall cost but not a bad price considering they charge 50 bucks to just park for a day. One thing though, the air conditioner wouldn't stay on. It worked for a little while and then the thermostat on it went up to 86 degrees and stayed there so it wouldn't turn on but everything...
