'Room was clean, the staff was amazing, we have 3 kids, they had a little hard time adjusting to the altitude, we had arrived earlier but check-in was not till @12, Roger the manager and his stuff had problem letting us go to our room to rest, Julian was also amazing always helping us for breakfast and anything we needed it, love the place and the staff, definitely will be back, such a great experience!!'

The staff were all lovely and helpful, they let us check-in very early on short notice and held our bags on the last day to let us explore Cusco one last day before our bus. The location is quite a ways out of the historic centre but there is a great local market with a lot of dining options nearby. '
