'We had a great visit to this beautiful setting on the Maine Coast for a wedding. Every part of our stay was enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The property was a nice mix of modern amenities with some original camp style buildings for gathering.'

'The location and views from the cottage are quintessential coastal Maine. Small community with lobster pound and Maine Oyster Company across the street. John is a welcoming host and eager to make sure you enjoy your stay. The cottage is great for 2 people, equipped with the basics and has a great deck to enjoy the views. Planning to return next year. Great spot!'

'Spinney's is over 160 years old but they have upgraded with mini splits for air conditioning and heating. The staff were very attentive. Our room was on the second floor with nice views but you need to be able to do stairs.'

'Beautiful spot on the bay, perfect little cabin for one or two, peace and quiet for a lovely holiday.'

'A great little cottage, very clean has everything you need. The view was amazing, with eagles and a seal popping its head up once in a while. Very peaceful area!'

'Reasonably clean property but there seemed to be a lot of corners being cut. Checked in at around 10:30 pm after a long cross country flight. There were no sheets on the sofa bed or the comforter pack in either of the two rooms we booked, so we dealt with that. Next morning went in for a shower and the shampoo was all empty - nothing at all. Went downstairs and there were no glasses for water. Overall it is a clean property but has a lot of quality issues in their service. And the staff...

'Good location, just down the road to a couple excellent restaurants and cool views and lobster man statue.'
