'As advertised: a lovely place to stay, extremely safe and quiet area, close to conveniences. Host was easy to reach and responded quickly & friendly. Only marked 4 stars on cleanliness due to some cobwebs and area in front of door had grass clippings that could have been cleaned off. Would definitely stay here again!'

'The apartment was very comfortable, well-equipped and roomy. Only my husband and I stayed this trip, but the space is plenty large enough to accommodate a family. Thank you to Spencer and his wife for helping us by quickly replacing the large flat screen TV that went on the fritz. They were so attentive and pleasant to deal with. The apartment is actually in walking distance to restaurants and sights in Topsham and Brunswick. We hiked the bridge loop trail and really enjoyed it. Supermarket...
