'The staff at this property was excellent. The facility was beautiful. The room provided exactly what it was described as. The area around the hostel was beautiful, safe, and near great coffee shops, bars, restaurants a little bit of shopping. Great walkable area but also easy to catch a ride form as well. Parking was hard to find and would have been impossible without the staff directing us to where the paid parking was located. Would recommend paying for the parking as there as rarely to...

'Friendly staff, nearby public transport to Chicago, save nice neigbourhood, parking space enough. Little bit outdated. Good wifi. Overall good place to stay for a couple of nights to visit Chicago. '

'It was a really nice stay. we had the king size bed room. It’s a really nice hotel. The only reason I took one star off was because the bed was very firm and about knee-high and the pillows were also very hard. I don’t know if they have rooms that have softer beds, but for that reason, I would never stay there again.'
