'Beautiful property. VERY clean! Had all the amenities you would need. We booked last minute and when we contacted the owner she immediately sent over info as to how to every the property. Very peaceful and private. Will def stay there again. '

'Thank you for the cozy one bedroom stay. We came for a one night stay to attend the Wassail
Festival. Proximity to the festival was superb. We were able to walk right downtown and join in with the festivities. The room was exceptionally clean and warm when we entered. 'This is the perfect location for privacy but still close to downtown New Braunfels. Easy access to 725 that takes you to I35. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return. Excellent hosts with excellent communication. Very clean, comfortable beds, everything we needed was provided. '
