'The house is located in a convenient location with everything close by. There are several nearby restaurants that offer delivery, which was very convenient. We had a comfortable and pleasant stay during two hot summer days.'

There were a few minor maintenance issues like loose or damages boards on thd patio decking or handrails, and the previous tenants damaged a few things before we checked in. But the host was on top of the situation ans called ahead to let us know that a few things we damaged the night before but that they were aware it wasn't our fault. He had a few grocery items, like basic paper goods, delivered to the house within an hour of check-in. I never could...

'Very charming house with river access. We had a wonderful time tubing the Guadalupe river and enjoying the beautiful property. Two foxes and a racoon visited us in the evening while we enjoyed the cool breeze on the covered deck. We also enjoyed morning yoga near the river.'
