'This was a beautiful place to stay clean and neat. Access to the river was perfect with all the river stuff you needed. Close to ever thing, we had a wonderful time. 'It was my first home vacation rental. Everything was very nice and clean. Communication with the rental company was very easy and helpful. They responded to any questions I had promptly. The location we had was centrally located to area shopping, restaurants as well as tourist sites. We had five adults staying together at our location. It accommodated all of our needs. I would highly recommend this home to other families.'

'Ken and Suzanne are wonderful hosts. Their home sits nestled in a quiet, small community of condos right next door to the resort. The location is amazing, and the home itself is clean, cozy, and perfect for a family of 5-6 people. The bunk room upstairs is perfect for the kids/teens. The kitchen is stocked with the basics, so you can cook if needed. There were a couple of times I had to reach out to the owners for things, and they responded quickly and were very helpful. 'OMGOODNESS!! Look no further. This was a great cottage. It was so clean, well maintained, so comfortable, and I can go on and on. My husband was so impressed. All the switches were labeled so you didn't have to guess which switch turned on which light. That was a huge plus to me. The cottage is also close to the downtown Fredericksburg.
