'This is a nice, large house with all the conveniences, less than an hour from Austin. It was roomy enough for our three families, inside, and out on the porch. The Llano River is very shallow near the house- you can walk halfway across it and not get your knees wet. Perfect for the children. The land across from you is undeveloped; it is quiet here. 'The house is overall very nice, but one of the en-suite bathrooms had a strong unpleasant musty/mildewy smell and we couldn’t use it. We kept the door closed and ran the bathroom fan the entire time. The adjoining bedroom also had an unpleasant smell that seeped over from the smelly en-suite bathroom. I let the property manager know twice while we were there for a week, and they said they would send someone over. But no one ever came.'

'This house speaks for itself with the courtyard giant tree and the huge windows overlooking the lake. Our family loved eating dinner outside on the patio every night and playing many games on the pool table. We even ran out of propane and someone came in provide us with a new tank within hours. The dock/lake access was just a short walk down and gave us a nice fishing spot. We will definitely be back!!'

'Hosted a bachlorette weekend here and it was incredible! So much room to spread out and enjoy each other. We had dinner in on night and the kitchen accommodations were perfect. We did yoga on the balcony with the quiet a breeze through all the trees and fields on the property. Very retreat feel! Highly recommend'

A 2 min walk from Rainey St. but we never heard the loud music or had to worry about rowdy crowds. Also a 2 min walk from Lady Bird Lake with a great walking/running trail.
