The hot tub was barely luke-warm. I chose this particular hotel because it was the only one that I saw with a hot tub. That evening there happened to be a kid birthday party at the pool--25 loud kids and many were in the tub splashing around. I just left. 'The bed was very uncomfortable, furniture dated, the cooler made horrible noise all nigjt. Not worth the cost. We will never go back'

'Room one was fine until I got to the bathroom. The shower drain was broken and there was a huge wad of hair in the drain. The rust covered the tub and screws were missing from the hardware. I asked maintenance to come up and help and they rinsed the hair said the shower was fine and left. I asked to switch rooms. The next room smelled like mildew and the soap dispenser in the bathroom was covered in green slime. The THIRD room was okay except the mini fridge didn’t work. '

'The room we reserved was unavailable due to heat issues. The replacement in the Vinifera suites was marginal. The bedspread was too small, exposing the mattress. The overall experience was mediocre. We have been coming to Belhurst for over 40 years. This may have been our last visit'

'We were unable to reach housekeeping from the room phone, and even calling from a cell phone did not work. We eventually had to walk to the front desk around 7 PM, where no staff was immediately available. After finally locating someone and requesting towels, we returned to our room to find the towels left on the floor just inside the door. Overall, the lack of responsiveness and the way the towels were delivered felt unprofessional and inconvenient.'

'Made reservation through 3rd party. Office had no record of it when I was checking in. I had to show that my account was debited for the rental. Area is very crowded with RVs. Was greeted by campers yelling at me to slow down, even though I was doing the tmph speed limit. Not a good environment if you don't have an RV.'
