'Lovely house! Right near Old Forge but still very private. Loved the three floors with bedrooms and full bathrooms on all levels. The house was so cozy, clean, furnished beautifully, with all needed kitchen/other items right there. The owner was so nice and easy to text with for whatever was needed. Just a really nice spot to explore that side of the lower Adirondack Park. '

'It is an older property which has been updated with the necessaries, including kitchen and bath. We chose it for the location but mainly, because we were able to bring our two dogs. There were six of us and although the cottage was cozy, we were perhaps a bit cramped. That would not have been an issue but a rainy week forced us inside more than we would have liked. The location is beautiful - very close to First Lake and right off of Hollywood Road. The side road was excellent for dog walking...

'Our family had the best time at Ruby Hill. Gorgeous location perfect for rest, connecting with each other and enjoying the outdoors. The cabin was immaculate. Every inch was perfectly clean. We didn't even see any bugs inside, which is so impressive for a cabin in the woods. Everything you need is there. Only thing is the description said there would be a double bed, 2 twins and a double futon. There was no futon, but there was a single cot, which worked ok for us, but some people may end up...

'Very cute cabin and very clean. There is no lake view, no lake access and no kayaking from the cabin. Perfect spot for a resting spot if you want to venture around in the Adirondacks. '
