'Very disappointing stay due to AC issues and poor handling of the problem.
From the first day, I reported that the AC was not properly cooling the bedroom. The living room eventually became cold, which showed that I had the AC set correctly, but the bedroom vent provided little to no cold air. Despite this, I was repeatedly told that I wasn’t following the AC instructions correctly.
I tried calling several times to explain the issue, but my calls were ignored. I eventually had to contact...

'I booked this property mainly because of the YOTEL name, assuming it was YOTEL-managed. I later learned that the unit is privately managed by a third party, even though it is in the YOTEL building. It was not clear to me when booking and made the experience disappointing. If I had known, I would not have booked it.

'Everything was seamless and our stay was perfect. Lorelei is the best host I’ve had and I’ve stayed at countless properties. She was responsive and helpful, and went out of her way to make our stay the best! The unit is in a great hotel with friendly staff and a wonderful little restaurant. Parking came with our rental and we chose to use valet, which was easy and convenient. Fantastic host and great property in a very safe and walkable area! I would love to stay here again! '
