'The property and our room were very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. We also loved how close the location was to everything, which made getting around very convenient. There was some trouble with the elevator during our stay, but thankfully we were on the second floor so it wasn’t too much of an inconvenience. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely consider staying here again.'

'I loved the simplicity of how easy it was to get around. I was hoping for a hot tub so that was a bummer. Also there wasn’t a bath tub in the room. Also the breakfast bar I wouldn’t get again. Food had very little flavor except the oatmeal coffee and orange juice. '

'The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is very close to shopping and food.
The front desk attendant wasn't very friendly on check-in. (I think her name was Olivia.) The room did not have shampoo or body wash in the containers. The A/C worked nicely during the day. However, at night, it would switch off, and the room would heat up. I think it was on a sensor; so someone had to get out of bed for it to switch back on. I was charged a pet cleaning fee, but also...

'The staff was courteous. I really appreciated that. However, I wished that I’d known that they were not going to have water in the building for 2 of my nine days. Also, the bed we were in, had a horrible mattress. I did address this with the staff via texting. She said that all of their beds were like that. In this case, I won’t be returning.'

- At check in I got a room with a bloodstain on the sheets
- Housekeeping almost never came, we had to request them to come at the reception, we stayed there over a week and they came in 3 times upon our request
- Pool area is in the shade and next to the food area so a lot of hornets and bugs come towards there
