'Couple stains on one of the bed sheets, beds were sufficient enough to get a couple hours of sleep in. Remote to the tv was working, the toilet leaked from the back covering half the floor, you could tell at least one of the corners of the room hadn’t been swept in a day or two. Make sure ya bring your own soaps if you don’t want to use the bar soap.
We didn’t have use of the amenities but I noticed the pool was closed.
All that said, the AC was amazingly cold when we got in the room which...

'Booked the room on Expedia only to get to the hotel to check in to be told “they had over booked, sorry”. Not only were we left without a room we were also charged for the room. We have yet to receive a refund or get a response from anyone after we were “promise we didn’t charge you”.'

'The elevator had broken down, but these things happen. The ice machine on the third floor did not work. The door trim to the bathroom was coming loose from the wall. The paint on the ceiling of the shower was falling down. The hotel felt dated, but the room was clean and comfortable.
There was no one at the front desk when we arrived to check in. We called back to some offices, but no answer. After 10-15 minutes, we called the hotel and someone answered. He said he would be right there....
