'This hotel was fine for a night after a long flight. As its close to the airport its noisy with planes and also lots if road traffic that passes by.
Hotels.com unfortunately provides incorrect information around the free airport shittle so be aware that this stops at 10PM.
Otherwise comfortable beds and friendly staff!'

'Our flight was delayed and had us landing in Phoenix at 2am. When I called the hotel to let them know we were arriving late (so as not to assume we are no shows) the staff was SO NICE i was floored. She seemed genuinely upset for us that our plans were delayed, and made sure to let the night manager know we were still en route. 'We stayed at this motel end of April. Despite the reviews leaving us optimistic about the stay ahead we were very much disappointed and disgusted...
We stayed in room 203 (after assigned room 110 seemed to be occupied) and already when we arrived we saw two bugs crawling on the ground near the beds, of which one was a cockroach of 1/3". Having killed them we went to sleep confident that that would've been it, but no... We woke up two times in the night with bugs crawling on us. We couldn't sleep...
