'The property was fine but check in was terrible because EXPEDIA DID NOT UPDATE MY RESERVATION CHANGE. I worked with Khushi in your customer service to move a reservation, paid an additional fee and they DID NOT make the change in the system so the Doubletree did not have my reservation it took about an hour to get it straight but fortunately they were very helpful and I did not have to pay for the room again.'
