'This location was perfect near the beach and with a restaurant right next door. The room was clean and modern and the deck was amazing. The parking was a little tricky since some cars were illegally parked in the lot and the spaces were small. Check in was 3 pm and at 3:10 I brought our bags up to the third floor only to find it still being cleaned. I went to the office and asked them to notify me when it was ready so I did not have to keep checking. The cleaner said 30 minutes at the most. ...

'Beautiful and spacious property. Check in was super easy. Screened in porch was so nice to spend time on eating breakfast. Location to Main Street was superb and really was an ideal home base for all our exploring in the Chatham area. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to stay again.'

'We loved our stay at this property. This was an upstairs apartment above the host home. It was clean and decorated beautifully. The bed was plush and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The location was 15 minutes away from the dock where we could board a boat to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. I highly recommend it.'

'Rebecca’s place was wonderful. The apartment was incredibly clean, beautifully and creatively decorated with thought and style and the surrounding area was both quaint and picturesque. We spent Labor Day weekend there and experienced “Illuminattion Night” which was very cool. Rebecca made some great recommendations, and although it’s right next to a marina, it was incredibly quiet. We would love to stay again. '

'My mom and I absolutely love staying at “Uncle Lloyd’s”. He was so welcoming and kind it felt like staying with family. The property is quiet and serene. I enjoyed sitting on the private patio with a cup of coffee. The flat is appointed with everything you need to be comfortable. We can’t wait to go back up and visit again. '
