'Our room was very spacious and immaculately clean. The hotel restaurant had a great selection of meals and the food was excellent. The room comes with a beautiful buffet breakfast with lots of selection. My only complaint was that the twin king beds needed a mechanism to lock the wheels. When you tried to get into bed or sit on the bed, the entire bed slipped away. Someone could fall and hurt themselves. But I would still highly recommend this hotel. 'Old and very tired, in need of refurbishment. Three main things define a quality room - Plumbing, Pillows and Aircon, FAIL on all 3. You can hear other people's plumbing running. The pillows are thin cheap ones probably bought from Coles and the aircon was ineffective. Had to set it to 17C and flat out to even get the room down to a temperature where I wasn't sweating. Hardly slept and won't ever stay here again!'

The rooms were clean, the staff were nice and the amenities were so well maintained. 'The cabin is equipped with everything we needed for a wonderful couple of days away, including a cooktop, dishwasher and spa bath. The views over the western escarpment are just magnificent. The location is close enough to the town centre to be convenient, but far enough to enjoy the serenity of the landscapes. '
