'Westin in Rancho Mirage was an amazing resort. Rooms were clean, amenities were robust. My complaints were when I checked in my room was not ready, so I was willing to take any room. I was in building 1 and had a long walk, and when I got to room my key card was not working. I contacted someone and they arrived after about 10 min and let me in.
