'Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf hier gehad. Waren op een rondreis, dus leven uit een koffer. Hierom hadden we een wat grotere kamer geboekt om de spullen makkelijk kwijt te kunnen. Vriendelijk personeel bij inchecken, niet moeilijk en snel. Badjassen, slippers en een waterkoker waren op aanvraag beschikbaar en snel geleverd. Mooie en vooral schone kamer. De douchegel die aanwezig was is zoooo lekker. Alleen daarvoor zou ik al terug gaan ;). '

'What a charming hotel! All the staff were welcoming, kind, and very accommodating. As a VIP member I received a chilled bottle of white wine and some delicious popcorn! The room was spacious enough to hold 5 luggage bags!! I was traveling for between two work conferences. I traveled with my sister and we had two queen beds. The queen beds were so comfortable, it made some mornings difficult to get out of bed and head to our work conference! I never made it to breakfast but did have a cup of...

'Comfortable beds and pillows! All very clean, complimentary coffee, tea, water, cookies and apples, lovely staff, friendly, helpful and accommodating. Close to everything, great place to use as base to discover San Francisco. Definitely recommendation and will be back next time!'

'The hotel itself was PERFECT! Location is a bit off but did walk from there to the Hayes neighborhood at night from there and was a very nice walk to and from. Short drive to many locations. Would stay there again on a return visit. Staff was exceptional and the roof top bar was a perfect way to start or end your evening.'

'This was a bad stay. The Found staff onsite was awful! Tho not bPoshtels hire, the latter is housed in the Found hotel. I travel, but maintain an address in SF for business. It is on my ID. I arrived to check-in exhausted, hoping for a pleasant 1-night stay at a relatively new spot. I pre-payed. I was met by a sour young woman who proclaimed I could NOT stay there because I was a "local" - I shouldn't even have had to explain. She refused to check me in, made me sit in the lobby 20 min, called a...

'A comfortable stay in an excellent hotel in terms of location. The staff is very friendly, the room is adequate (somewhat dated and cleaning could be better) and the facilities are okay (much on demand). All in all, satisfied. '
