'Everything is clean, beautifully decorated and homey feeling. The food was great with a few excptions like room service, we found most room service food tasted old and inedible. Beach was pristine, service everywhere was fantastic. Book a massage with Fernanda at the spa and grab chocolate from Itzel at Kakao! Stand outs for sure!'

'The check in seemed nice, we got a wet towel and a drink which was really tasty, the check in itsself lasted way too long, im not exaggerating when im saying it took at least half an hour. The room and the pools were really nice. We did a round trip and of all the places we've been to the staff in this hotel was the least friendly. There are red cabs outside the hotel. They charge like 3 times the normal price. Ordinary cabs aren't allowed to pick up people from/nearby hotel. If you try to catch...
