'We came here with 2 babies and a 4 year old and grandparents. Everyone had an incredible food! Food was great! Service was excellent! Nothing felt too rushed! Pools and hot tubs were very accessible and I love that it’s not a huge resort so it was very easy to get around with children! '

'Excellent service, room was spacious and comfortable, staff is amazing, food is good (but they could have a daily special which could bring something new to the menu, and also more seasonal). The buffet at Le Bisous restaurant was spectacular. The only downside is as a gay couple, we would have found appropriated to be called Mr and Mr, on the welcome letter (it was Mr and Mrs). It is not as if the hotel did not know as we pre checked in and also I contacted them prior to the trip to be sure...

'Overall excellent hotel; many gluten free food options; very good staff service. Could improve: cleaning excess seaweed; during a week stay, 2 days they didn't cleaned the room even though the "sign to make up the room" was on place ( makes me think there's not enough room cleaning supervision or is faulty); not all swimming pools were heated.'

'Pros: pools are nice, bartenders give good service, rooms are large and clean, easy for kids to eat whenever they want. The beach is actually very nice with cabanas for shade and good service from The bartenders. Long and difficult check in, food is not great at all, drinks never taste that good. Long waits for eating dinner bc you can’t make a reservation so be prepared to show up early and wait for very mediocre food. '
