'The check in seemed nice, we got a wet towel and a drink which was really tasty, the check in itsself lasted way too long, im not exaggerating when im saying it took at least half an hour. The room and the pools were really nice. We did a round trip and of all the places we've been to the staff in this hotel was the least friendly. There are red cabs outside the hotel. The property is stunning, but what really stood out was the staff- every single person we interacted with was warm, helpful, and genuinely happy to accommodate anything we needed. 'Property and rooms were very clean. Air conditioning worked great! all the staff were super friendly and we loved that the restaurants were close together. Food and drinks were overall very good. The hotel also tried its best to eliminate the mosquito problem by fogging the outdoor areas. Really amazing property and we will definitely visit again!'
