'We stayed here for two weeks and it was a perfect location for us. It is well situated on a lively family beach, with surfing, paddle boards, and clean restrooms. This beach, and those adjacent, are some of the nicest in Israel. The apartment is terrific; both it and its balcony offer a beautiful view of the beach and Mediterranean. If the beach isn’t your thing--the pool is gorgeous and quiet, as is the apartment building. Though we had a car (with great indoor parking), it's a two-block walk...

'The apartment is really nice and in a superb location near mamilla . There is a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom plus 2 other bedrooms and another big bathroom. there are many extra thoughtful items in the apartment for the convenience of the user and our host was so helpful whenever we had a question We would definitely recommend this apartment . 'I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The space was clean and well-maintained, and Jacob was quick and easy to communicate with throughout the process. The location is perfect, close to everything I needed. I especially enjoyed relaxing on the nice, big porch. One thing to note is that while one of the rooms has a great shower, it doesn’t have a full bathroom, just a sink and shower. But overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it!'

The good: - good hot water pressure, air conditioning and washer and dryer (except dryer broke 4 days into our 10 day stay and they never fixed it) The bad: - the pictures do not match up to the apartment. 'The apartment was OK, rather old but kept in a decent condition. We rent apartments because we like to cook our own breakfast but the kitchen wasn't really functional. Looks like it has never been used for actual cooking. Generally, the place just felt unloved. The area is safe and clean with a tram stop nearby. Unfortunately, it's stuck between a very religious neighborhood and an office area so there is nowhere to go nearby -- no restaurants, stores, etc. The closest supermarket is 10 min...
