'had paid for two higher-end rooms based on the photos and descriptions, but what we received was one twin room and one queen room, neither matched the sizes or standards I had reserved. My parents were given the twin room, and after a long, exhausting trip, they had already settled in. I did inform the front desk that these were not the rooms we booked. 'Terrible place, claim to have 2 reastaurants, they dont.
Food can be ordered at the lobby, and is delivered by a take away restaurant. The food is placed on a plate and thats it.. At 3x the price from the take away. There are a few tables and chairs in the lobby where you can eat. Its a joke.
The shuttle bus they claim to have isnt theirs they order it from the airport. Mine was 25 minutes late as the concierge forgot to book it, nearly missed my plane.
