'Our stay was below expectations. The property was dusty throughout, and the living room sofa was visibly unclean. The listing also failed to disclose that the unit required climbing two flights of stairs, which was extremely difficult with carry-on luggage and two senior travelers.The floors, kitchen island, and bathroom were dusty upon arrival, making it seem the property had not been properly cleaned. There were several maintenance issues, including a loose toilet seat lid, an old and sticky...

'The place was good for what we needed. One of the AC units didn't work at first and had a filter error.........so we cleaned it and then it started working after a reset. Kind of loud AC unit. But, besides that, mostly worked well.'

'This was a spacious and bright place. Modern marble bathroom, minimal kitchen. Middle of a solid neighborhood block. Didn't hear a peep of noise during our stay. One side of the street has street cleaning on Tuesday and Thursday and the other on Friday (and maybe another, wasn't applicable so I don't recall). So parking while we went into the city was safe and easy, which was a big concern. No resident permit needed and the spaces seem to clear out when people go to work. No sketchiness outside...

'DO NOT BOOK — especially if traveling with family. Our experience was extremely disappointing. We arrived with our family and found the apartment in very poor condition, not livable at all - with so many broken items, Spider Webs, Inadequate lighting, Severe cleanliness issues, Dirty Kitchen/Bathroom and Conditions that did not match the listing photos at all. The host/management team was extremely irresponsive despite repeated messages and photos documenting everything. We had to leave shortly...
